Telašćica Nature Park

Situated on Dugi Otok island, this nature park consists of three parts: Telašćica bay which is the biggest and safest natural harbour on the Adriatic, salt lake Mir and magnificent cliffs on the outer side of the island and it is a great opportunity for daily excursion by boat. Telašćica bay actually includes 25 smaller coves and five islets, with opening toward the Kornati archipelago nearby, and its safe and secluded location (it is protected against all winds) makes it one of the most popular nautical destinations. Special attraction of this park is donkey shelter situated within the park area, and most of donkeys can be seen around Mir lake.
