HOW TO SUBMIT A WRITTEN COMPLAINT
Pursuant to Art. 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, you may file a written complaint about the product purchased or service provided in our business premises, by mail or e-mail to: Adriatic Sunset d.o.o., Petra Zoranića 2a, 22243 Murter, Republic of Croatia, e-mail: email@example.com
The complaint must indicate your name and surname, and contact data for delivery of the reply. You will receive a reply to your complaint in written form, not later than 15 days from the day of receipt of the complaint, to the address you indicated as the contact address, that is, to the address from which the complaint was sent.
